Yes I felt it a risky sort of bike to have if its balance is so top heavy. Probably a bit skittish as well.
But I guess that’s the point isn’t it

I gave up after my C15 and a serious accident as a pillion.
My first and last was a C12, didn’t wait to progress further.

On the move, it is a delight, an absolute joy. It’s really just moving it around at low speed or when pushing it around. I just about had tears in my eyes on the way back form the CT, but I think that’s more to do with the hormone therapy too. I’ve discovered that I have emotions

We received a non compliant poubelle sticker on our bin today, its been ok for the last 26 years. They couldn’t be bothered to lift out the small black sac inside (only been here 3 days) picked up the jaune sac not in a bin though?
So what colour lid should a complying poubelle have and what exactly is a compliant one?
More plastic waste, sigh.
Our dechet black bin is provided by the local agglomeration. It looks like this. We have a bin under the sink which takes 30L bags, so as they fill, we then tie them up and take them up to the compliant bin which sits at the top of the chemin that comes down to own house.

Had yet another pair (always 2) of emails from the LibDems today. This time wanting me to support wider and better (proportionate voting) elections in the UK. I rarely join these efforts because it only promotes loads of further spam but in this case I was especially keen having won back my vote comparatively recently.
So I filled in all the spaces including my postcode and that is where I met the block. Only UK postcodes allowed. What? In a document promoting wider and more sensible voting practices. 
Sorry to say this is typical of the LibDems, could not run a beery contest in a brewery it seems to me. 
Never heard of that before in France. Normally everything and anything goes in the main collection and as.I only have a single person bin, its always full and sometimes bags of weeds too. Dosn’t your collection lift it up and tip in automatically? Family in US just put their bins at the side of the road and an automatic arm comes out of the side of the lorry and picks their bins up and tips, they only need a driver and no collectors on foot manually putting the bins on the tipping part
Three year old granddaughter somehow got gravel up her nose last night at sports. Some came out but she was still hurting this morning so the village doctor saw her late morning and got an apt at the main hospital for this afternoon in the ORL dept because its a long weekend and might not be anyone available. Not bad service but then it has its own urgences for children anyway
Ours is nothing like yours. Two bins for each household, black for household dechet in individual. tied black bags (and huge pressure to have as little as possible in that bin), and recycling bin with yellow top - everything left loose. The agglomeration is wanting everyone to compost as much as possible, including scraps from protein food, like carcasses. If people don’t have their own compost bins there are more and more being installed round town, in parks, street corners etc.
The lorries are manned (bins lifted manually onto emptying mechanism so they can quickly see if there is an issue with any of the stuff put out and won’t take it if there is a problem.

Just read Judith Chalmers has died at 90. She was the reason we came to France in the first place as she did a report on Dinard in Brittany and we decided it looked so nice we booked six months later for a holiday, then found how cheap property was and six months after that signed for our Breton “ruin” and the rest, as they say, is history now. She was a very affable presenter and made everywhere look lovely

Ours is nothing like yours. Black bin for real rubbish, yellow for recycling, green for vegetable waste and glass goes to containers along the road. Some stuff, like cardboard one has to take to déchèterie.
