Nah… more “up and under” from Eddie Waring for me
She’s not linked with Momentum either!

I signed it but the government will ignore just as they dismissed the appeal for a seconf Brexit vote. Still no harm in showing our disaproval in ‘honest Dom’s’ behaviour.
I signed the other day ,as you say it probably won’t make a difference but you have to make an effort
I guess that your opinion will all depend on whether you vote Tory or Labour. There is the sadness. An objectivity bypass.
I think that this government has gone beyond that. in its ineptitude.
It is possible to change who you vote for - if a party changes and you no longer agree with their proposals/actions you can change.
A floating voter is by far the most sought after come election time.
My immediate family has never been one to vote for one party for life. My parents both changed their voting habits (different) over their lives and I voted for someone I knew had no chance in the last GE In local elections I have voted for two candidates from different parties one for the person, one for the party
Not in this case. 81 % of the UK public agree Cummings broke the rules, and more than two-thirds think he should be sacked - including most Tories (see the link I posted above).
I suppose it is also down to the person leading the party at the time, be that Cameron, May or Johnson - and Blair, Corbyn or Starmer - all very different leaders taking their parties in quite different directions.
no more so than the drivel spewed out by Cummings eh?
That’s the low-life approach to argument, go for the man not the idea. ![]()
And having to use bad language to make your argument, don’t get me wrong I swear a lot but don’t use swearing to make a point
We used to be Tory but would never vote for them ever again. If you voted Tory, you voted for Brexit and you have voted to split up my family and many more like us who have children in other EU countries.
You are also responsible for retirees losing at least 15% of their pension income due to to the appalling exchange rate caused by Brexit.
I wonder if you even knew or cared what would happen to the majority of British citizens living and working in ER countries?
I am astonished that you should make a comment like this without realising how you have made a fool of yourself. You stereotype voters and then suggest that you exemplify objectivity!
There is the sublime irony, never mind “the sadness” ![]()

Yes, it’s the classic ‘ad hominem’ fallacy - but with added circularity and a bit of ‘shoot the messenger’ thrown in.
I guess if you’re going to argue that people’s view of Cummings is determined by their political persuasion, you inevitably end up dismissing any evidence that anybody with the same political allegiance as yourself has a different view of Cummings.
The usual next step on this particular slippery slope, when confronted with incontrovertible evidence that there are different views among conservatives (for example the actual recorded statements made by Tory MPs) is the ‘they’re not real conservatives’ view.
